Anim is a transcontinental lifestyle brand specializing in ready to wear and home textiles; created for one's new age wardrobe and home.
Founded by Mina Dilber, who has spent half a decade in Los Angeles where she attended the University of Southern California, the brand reflects her complex mind through living in contrasting environments with a strong root tied to her family’s extensive textile heritage in Turkey.
Being rooted in quality and cultural responsibility, Anim invites all the people from around the globe to its world of stories, colors, textures, prints and more. Anim collection’s grow out of the nomadic spirit of traditional Turkish culture. While staying true to its domestic origins, the brand infuses its wares with design elements borrowed from a wide array of cultural influences, both near and far.
Anim maintains a modern global perspective which nonetheless honors it’s roots through various influences:
A young and vibrant exposition of traditional traces, a soulful and colorful attitude towards one's wardrobe and home; but most importantly always relaxed, refined and resilient.
As the Latin root of Anim suggests, each unique piece is fabricated both to celebrate and inspire a life well-lived, as well as a cultural take on Anim’s relaxed yet refined lifestyle.
Anim’s commitment is to create two new collections per year that are designed and crafted for everyday life while each of them having a distinct story to tell— including where the materials come from, which artisans are making them, how the goods are produced, and why - within a genuine and sincere context.
Weaving a purpose with each humble and sophisticated piece, Anim designs aim to accompany people from all over the world at all times flowing through and around life, each one abundant with an optimistic, colorful, and ever-inspiring story. Each and every piece is produced by expert craftsmen using the finest materials and is inspired by Mina’s childhood spent fascinated with exotic fabrics, arts, culture and travels to exotic locales.
With Anim; she has created an idiosyncratic brand which embraces the culture of her two homes, Istanbul and Los Angeles, and everywhere in between.
