We dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. During peak times, it might take up to 4-6 business days due to the high volume of orders.
We ship worldwide and we provide free shipping.
Delivery times are indicated from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by Anim. We aim to fulfill your order in the time scale as promised. EXCLUDED TIME PERIODS AND P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
Our distribution headquarters does not dispatch orders on weekends and on holidays in Turkey. We also do not ship to P.O. box addresses. Although we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the promised time frame, we cannot take responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside our control system. Our customer service team ensures to inform you of any delayed orders.
